Summer weeks at The Sandbox
Whether you're a freelancer, entrepreneur, or just in need of a change of scenery from working at home, The Sandbox is the perfect place to be productive. Summer has begun and that means we have adjusted our workflow a bit! From Monday, July 10 to Friday, August 18, a special summer schedule applies. Here's everything you need to know about our summer weeks.

Schedule
During the summer weeks from July 10 to August 18, we are only open by appointment and you can only book with a valid time card. That means no spontaneous walk-ins, but you can still easily book your spot online twelve hours in advance. Our digital key allows you to access The Sandbox at any time from 8:00 am, so you can work when it suits you best.
Workflow
Our booking form has been adjusted during these weeks. For both coworking and meetings, we have an alternative booking form. We are only making this change during the summer period so that we can optimize our capacity.
Coworking
During the summer weeks, we only offer time cards for 8 or 12 times. Did you already book a time card? No problem. It's still valid.
We ask for your attention to the following:
Book up to 12 hours in advance
You can only book for 4 or 8 hours
The digital key is only active during your booking
Meeting rooms
If you want to have a meeting at The Sandbox, the following procedure applies:
Request via this form. Fill in all fields so that we can process your request properly and timely.
Send your request at least 24 hours in advance and if you want catering, please send it 72 hours in advance.
Payment must be arranged in advance via a payment link that you will receive by email.
The main booker will receive a digital key. This is active during the booking.
Facilities
The Sandbox offers a comfortable and productive workspace. We have air conditioning available throughout the space to help you beat the heat and stay cool. Additionally, we offer unlimited popsicles in the freezer. In addition, our opening hours have been slightly extended and you can start at 8:00 am. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, this does mean that you may encounter our cleaner.
