House rules
The Sandbox is a boutique coworking space in Rotterdam, providing freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and teams with a workspace to boost their productivity and network with other coworkers.
However, it is important to keep in mind that The Sandbox is primarily a workplace where a set of house rules apply. These rules are a starting point and can be modified to fit the specific needs and culture of The Sandbox.
By clearly communicating these rules to all members, we aim to ensure a productive and respectful workspace for everyone. Failure to follow the house rules may result in the loss of the right to access or work in the coworking space.
Community guidelines
The Sandbox aims to offer a welcoming and secure environment for everyone who uses the space. It is expected that everyone conducts themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards others. Any form of bullying, intimidation, racism, aggression, violence, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Keep noise down
To maintain a quiet working environment in our shared coworking space, all members should make their best effort to keep noise levels to a minimum. Please limit conversations and phone calls to designated areas. If you need to make a phone call, you can use the phone booth (limited to 30 minutes), step into the hallway (located downstairs), or take a walk. For phone calls lasting over an hour, you may book a meeting room or coaching room (€).
Shared areas
Please be considerate of the shared areas by refraining from holding meetings, gatherings, or catch-ups in communal areas such as hallways, pantries, and desk areas.
